The foundation’s operative management is entrusted to the foundation board of directors, which runs the foundation’s day-to-day administrative business in accordance with the law, the foundation charter, and the resolutions and instructions of the board of trustees..

Board of trustees

The task of the board of trustees is to support, counsel and monitor the foundation board of directors in its management of the foundation’s day-to-day business. The board of trustees engages in an open dialog with the foundation board of directors on how to meet and enhance of the foundation’s purpose, strategy and continuity.
