Experiments with the Electro-Lab Kit

The Electro-Lab Kit contains 27 different experiments in the fields of electronics and electrical engineering, providing fascinating insights into current application areas in industry.
It teaches basic knowledge, such as the principle and mode of operation of a light-emitting diode or a generator, or the way ohmic heat functions. It includes experiments of varying degrees of difficulty from easy ones, for example on rectification, insulation or photovoltaics, to the moderately difficult dealing with heat detonation, the functioning of electrical conductivity or the Planckian radiator. The greatest challenge for students is the building of an electric motor which combines many of the experiments in the kit into a functioning overall system.

An accompanying booklet for teachers and students supplied with every classroom kit explains in text and images the precise set-up and functioning of the experiments, the difficulty level and also the time required for each experiment. Colored text boxes provide information about safety measures or provide useful information about the experiments and the phenomena associated with them. Although the experiments have a linking theme, they can be carried out in any order. This allows teachers to remain flexible and build the experiments into their own lesson plans in a modular manner.

You will find an overview of all possible experiments in the following table of contents of the accompanying booklet of the Electro-Lab Kit here
