Siemens Stiftung Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is responsible for operational management of the foundation. It manages day-to-day operations in accordance with the law, the Siemens Stiftung Articles of Association and the instructions and resolutions of the Board of Trustees. The Managing Director (Ulrike Wahl) is a full-time employee. The CEO (Dr. Stephan Heimbach) and CFO/Assistant CEO (Georg Bernwieser) work on a pro bono basis.
