Siemens Stiftung Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is responsible for operational management of the foundation. It manages day-to-day operations in accordance with the law, the Siemens Stiftung Articles of Association and the instructions and resolutions of the Board of Trustees. Dr. Nathalie von Siemens (Managing Director and Speaker of the Board) and Rolf Huber (Managing Director) are full-time employees. CFO Georg Bernwieser is working on a pro bono basis.
